About AIPP
AIPP represents more than 350 of the most professional international property companies operating in over 30 countries. The Association provides free and impartial information to UK citizens about buying a foreign property. Based in London since 2006, AIPP delivers industry best practice and business development services to its members and consumer education and protection to buyers and owners via its sister organisation; the Alliance of International Property Owners.
Having the AIPP membership means…
The AIPP does not sell property, but it is an association made up of property sellers & associated companies who voluntarily subscribe to the AIPP code of conduct.
By joining AIPP, our agency pledges our commitment to uphold professional values. As a member, we are focused on reassuring clients by promoting that we follow the AIPP Code of Conduct, endowed with a specific professional complaints procedure available for UK clients.
Only agencies belonging to the Association receive the Certificate of Membership and can use of the AIPP member logo and other branding items, just like the one we have displayed in our offices and our website.
When getting in contact with us, you are connecting with like-minded Agents who have all agreed to act with professional integrity with fellow agents and clients. The AIPP Disciplinary Committee meets to assess specific breach allegations of the Code of Conduct.
Last but not least, our clients covered by the Property Ombudsman (without additional costs).
